Dear guest,

We would like to inform you how we deal with COVID-19 in the oldest hotel in our country. In accordance with the measures announced by the government, we follow the guidelines of the RIVM to prevent contamination or transmission of COVID-19.

The following measures specifically:

 

Corona check

From September 25, 2021 we are obliged to carry out the corona check for all our restaurant guests (breakfast, lunch and dinner). This applies to all guests at a table: in the unlikely event that a guest (whether or not part of a group) tests negative, we must refuse this guest access. If the group then wishes to leave in its entirety, the advance payment of € 25 per person will be forfeited. This prepayment of €25 per person is effective from 01 October 2021.

 

General

There should be no health risks before visiting our hotel / restaurant. We check this with telephone reservations and upon entry.

Our management team makes the wearing of face masks obligatory in our public areas (lounge, elevator, corridors and restaurant).

Keep at least 1.5 meters distance from our colleagues and other guests.

Wash your hands regularly and / or use our ECOLAB hand disinfection points. These are spread through our monumental buildings at the contact points.

Cough or sneeze into your elbow and use paper tissues.

(Hand) contact points are frequently cleaned by our housekeeping staff.

 

Grand Hotel de Draak

Grand Hotel de Draak stays open 7 days a week.

Our fitness and wellness is closed.

 

Restaurant 1397

Restaurant 1397is closed for lunch and dinner.

Our terrace is open from 06:00 – 20:00 for breakfast, lunch and dinner (as of the 18th of May).
