Luggage storage
You can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge before check-in or after check-out.

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Diners Club, EuroCard/Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, V-Pay and cash.

Surprise someone with a Grand Hotel De Draak gift certificate! Available at reception or through our website.
Bicycle rental
Bicycles and e-bikes can be reserved in advance through reception. Current rates are available upon request.
Fitness
Our fitness room is free to use every day from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM and is located on the ground floor of Grand Hotel De Draak (wing: De Gouden Leeuw).
Guest laundry
You can hand in your clothes in the laundry bag (found in the closet in your room) with the completed list at the reception before 8:00 am.
- Laundry: return within 24 hours
- Dry cleaning: return within 48 hours
Please note: This service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. A surcharge of 100% applies for express service (same-day returns, excluding dry cleaning).
Pets
Pets are welcome in the hotel for a fee.

The room is cleaned daily by our housekeeping.

Parking
Grand Hotel De Draak has a secure parking lot, monitored by 32 cameras, including four charging stations for electric cars. There is a fee for use. Address: Potterstraat 27, 4611 NR Bergen op Zoom.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
Restaurant 1397
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday.
Lunch: Wednesday to Friday, reception between 12:00 and 14:30
Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday, reception between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Smoking areas are provided outside.
Tapasbar THE BAR
THE BAR is open from Thursday to Monday for dinner.
Taxi
Taxi Geers is the preferred supplier for Grand Hotel De Draak. We choose them for their safety, comfort, speed, and professional drivers.

Wellness
The wellness center is open upon request from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (for a fee). Bath towels are provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
